A.J. Rosales

With the eleven song CD "Resistor", A.J. Rosales has released a 'solo' acoustic CD that showcases the many diverse facets of his playing style, from pop to rock, to folk, and even to more accomplished elements of jazz and classical. After releasing the Earth and Shoal EP and after garnering acclaim from that disk, A.J. felt the need to come back to a more natural production sound to express his musical ideas. This CD almost sounds like a live performance, capturing the essence of the music in a basic way with sparse but effective production. You won't hear another singer/songwriter/guitarist quite like AJ. Guaranteed!

Andy Robinson

Music comes naturally to Andy Robinson. A native San Diegan, he is self-taught on mountain dulcimer, and is known in the acoustic music world for pushing the boundaries of what the rustic American folk instrument can do. He also plays drums, kalimba, harmonica, guitar, a variety of percussion instruments and he sings. "On my new CD, Exotic America, you can hear sounds and influences from all the music I've loved and played over the years. Is it World music? Is it "progressive folk"? All I know is that each song holds a surprise or two for the listener, and that's the way I like it."

B & The Buzz

"B" started playing guitar and singing at the age of 10 and began a life long love of music. He was influenced by the blues, soul and jazz artists of the 60's and 70's. During his teens, he discovered classical music and traveled to Europe, where he studied and sang as an operatic tenor. "B" then returned to the states and his first love, blues. He soon found his vocal training lent itself to the standard jazz ballads and began adding these to his repertoire. Elf Farm Raffle

Elf Farm Raffle has quickly grown a loyal fan base and gotten the attention of local music publications in the San Francisco Bay area. The magic of Elf Farm Raffle is in the whole of its parts. They exhibit a sound that is at once familiar, and yet, very original. The six piece group mixes an unlikely combination of the tried and true rock and roll formula of raw, emotional vocals, driving bass, versatile electric guitar, and powerful drums, with the arid groove of an acoustic guitar and rhythmic accents from a traditional percussionist.

Venus Dodson

"So, you found me!" is Venus' catch phrase, but that is not as easy as it may sound. Venus has incredible appeal to selective audiences all over the world. You might find her performing on her home island of St. Croix one month, then away in Amsterdam the next! Venus began her career in the Big Apple, calling New York City "home" for a number of years. Her first solo album was Night Rider - or as she calls it, her first adventure in the world of Disco. But the true depth of Venus is found in what she likes to call "World Jazz". It is a soulful jazz, straight from the heart and that is where it will hit you when you hear her perform. She has amazing talent and we here at NormSoft hope she really makes it big some day. She is one incredible lady!
